Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure designed for high-concurrency environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI algorithms focused on predictive analytics and natural language processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are paramount in all development cycles.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI evolution, anticipating industry shifts up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
