Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency, high-throughput inference on distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Reinforcement Learning and Generative AI.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level machine learning models to market.
