Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, integrating emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching and prototyping bleeding-edge AI algorithms.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize existing infrastructure to reduce latency and improve computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of full-stack software development experience with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and driving project delivery from concept to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
