Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for next-generation generative AI models and LLMs.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-scale, real-time deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the 2026 product roadmap and technical strategy.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge methodologies in reinforcement learning and NLP.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable, fault-tolerant ML systems to production.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
