Responsibilities
- Architect and implement large-scale machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 production environment.
- Design distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
