Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the architectural review process for critical infrastructure projects, ensuring security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing for future implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and System Architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or simulation tools is a major plus.
