Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core products.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâincluding product management, engineering, and executive leadershipâto prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for technological disruption and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI architecture and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) and deploying Generative AI applications.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
