We are seeking a visionary Senior 2D Web Interaction Designer to lead the visual storytelling for our next-generation web platform. Responsibilities
- Design & Animation: Create high-fidelity 2D motion graphics, SVG animations, and micro-interactions using modern web standards.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate motion flow and user journeys before handoff.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX researchers and front-end developers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility.
- Performance: Optimize assets and animations for cross-browser compatibility and maximum performance.
- System Design: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system library focused on 2D components and iconography.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of web design trends and motion graphics techniques to keep our products cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in 2D web design, motion design, or interaction design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SVG; experience with GSAP or other animation libraries is highly preferred.
- Tools: Advanced mastery of Figma with the ability to create complex auto-layouts and prototype interactions.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating 2D vector work, icon design, and web-based motion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
