Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and remote order management
- Exceptional communication skills for in-person and digital interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
