Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Engage with customers via digital platforms (social media, email) for remote order support
- Manage inventory and scheduling through our cloud-based systems with remote accessibility
- Create welcoming in-store experiences while supporting virtual customer interactions
- Develop and share coffee knowledge through digital content creation
- Collaborate with team members using remote communication tools
- Contribute to menu innovation through virtual brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (Slack, Zoom, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management for hybrid in-store/remote tasks
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product offerings
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High-speed internet access for remote work components
