Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages via virtual consultations and video tutorials
- Manage online customer orders using our proprietary digital ordering platform
- Conduct virtual coffee tastings and educational workshops for remote clients
- Maintain digital inventory of coffee beans and supplies through our cloud-based system
- Collaborate with in-store team during quarterly training sessions and pop-up events
- Develop personalized digital coffee subscription plans for remote customers
- Monitor customer feedback across digital channels and implement improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience or equivalent coffee certification
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and digital order management systems
- Exceptional communication skills for remote customer interactions
- Strong organizational abilities for managing digital workflows and inventory
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
