Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Secure government and private funding for quantum computing initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and build quantum computing talent pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ research grants
- Strong track record of translating theory into practical implementations
