- Mentor a team of 12+ quantum physicists and software engineers
- Forge industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for real-world deployment
- Secure $20M+ in government and private research grants
- Present findings at global quantum summits (Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions)
