Our Austin campus features a 50,000 sq ft quantum research lab with 0.01K cryogenic systems and proprietary qubit stabilization technology. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop fault-tolerant quantum architectures, contributing to breakthroughs in drug discovery, climate modeling, and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations at scale
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for commercial applications in finance and logistics
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit fabrication and control systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in Nature Physics/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Familiarity with cryogenic engineering and quantum measurement systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing frameworks
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., from NIST Quantum Center)
