Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for complex optimization and simulation problems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum software frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies for commercial applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
