Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for blockchain and IoT systems
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Collaborate with NASA and DOD on quantum communication networks
- Mentor quantum research fellows and publish in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Expertise in Q#, Cirq, or Qiskit frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
