Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Conduct theoretical research in quantum information theory and its AI applications
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen AI systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and neural networks
- Strong publication record in quantum/AI research venues
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
