Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proprietary quantum machine learning algorithms
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with industry partners on real-world quantum-AI deployment projects
- Mentor PhD researchers and secure $10M+ in government/private grants
- Define technical roadmap for quantum-AI integration in autonomous systems
- Ensure ethical AI governance and quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or advanced AI research
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum, and PyTorch
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading $5M+ research initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and complexity theory
- Patents or open-source contributions to quantum-AI frameworks
