In this role, you will define the architectural principles for our next-generation Large Language Models and autonomous agents. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, distributed systems, and ethical AI, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with human values.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for 2026-era computing environments.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge AI techniques including Transformers and Graph Neural Networks.
- Define the technical roadmap for our core AI product suite, ensuring long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee model training pipelines and optimize inference performance for edge devices.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, security, and ethical deployment across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or large-scale systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Extensive experience designing and deploying production-grade LLMs and NLP solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
