Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at luxury corporate and social events
- Execute VIP guest check-in and seating arrangements with precision
- Manage premium beverage service at upscale venues
- Coordinate with vendors and event leads for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing securely
- Assist with event setup and breakdown procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years premium event or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays flexibly
- Valid Nebraska alcohol service certification (TIPS/BASSET)
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Reliable transportation to event locations
