Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Screen applicants to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for technical positions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, etc.) and their requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High attention to detail and a passion for finding the perfect match.
