In this position, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition strategy, sourcing candidates for a variety of technical roles and managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and DevOps specialists.
- Sources candidates using advanced Boolean search strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite or virtual interviews for hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and candidate database.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Update and track candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours that align with business needs.
