- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accurate order details
- Process payments efficiently through POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Tennessee Alcohol Server Permit (TIPS certification preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
