Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized recommendations
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including table resetting and sanitization
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must be TABC certified or obtain within 30 days
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
