Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu knowledge including dietary restrictions
- Process payments accurately via POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely food delivery
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal offerings
- Maintain clean, well-stocked stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift cleaning
Qualifications
- 6+ months restaurant/server experience required
- CA Food Handler Card (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be 18+ years of age
