Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Uphold cleanliness standards for dining areas and service stations
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and grace
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional restaurant/server experience in high-volume establishments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium service standards
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
