Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and craft beverage offerings
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining security standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless order execution
- Uphold immaculate table presentation and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- Florida Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Proven ability to multitask during peak service hours
- Impeccable communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast, Micros, or similar)
