- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitization
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain positive brand reputation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer pairings and menu ingredients
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak service hours
