As a Server, you will be the ambassador of our brand, crafting memorable moments for our guests while enjoying a competitive compensation package that includes hourly wages plus a generous tip structure.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons with a warm smile, provide menu recommendations, and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to immediately.
- Order Accuracy: Take detailed food and beverage orders, relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar, and ensure all special requests are met.
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, monitor guest satisfaction levels, and proactively address any needs or concerns.
- Upselling: Introduce daily specials, premium wines, and appetizers to enhance the guest experience and increase sales targets.
- Payment Processing: Process various payment methods efficiently using our POS systems, ensuring all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a pristine dining area by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking service stations throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure a seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional restaurant serving experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Alcohol Service: Must be at least 21 years old and possess current Alcohol Awareness certification (or willing to obtain).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- POS Proficiency: Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is highly desirable.
