Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely food/beverage delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction
- Execute opening/closing duties including side station setup and breakdown
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
- Contribute to a positive team culture through communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining/casual restaurant server experience preferred
- Valid NC alcohol service certification (ABC permit)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast experience a plus)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
