Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Process payments accurately through POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless order execution
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all health/safety regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience required
- Valid California Food Handler Card (ServSafe preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and payment processing
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Knowledge of wine/beer fundamentals a plus
