Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with warm, personalized service and expert menu knowledge
- Accurately take and transmit food/beverage orders using our advanced POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling with precision
- Proactively address guest concerns to maintain exceptional satisfaction
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for smooth service flow
- Contribute to daily opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume settings
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and allergen awareness
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Must be 18+ and able to lift 25 lbs regularly
