Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Interact with customers with a smile, answering questions and taking orders.
- Follow food safety and health regulations strictly.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
Qualifications
- No prior professional barista experience is required; we train all candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
