Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and cold brew.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including wiping down counters and sanitizing equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and answer questions about our menu.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
