Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, and cold brews, following exact recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the espresso machine and counter.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we will train you!
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
