Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, and cold brew.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace in strict accordance with health and safety standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional, personalized service.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and process payments securely.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain attractive displays of pastries and merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Availability to work weekends, mornings, and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
