Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, coffee, and tea, following strict quality and recipe standards.
- Operate commercial espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders with a smile.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills (Paid training provided for the right candidate).
- No prior barista experience required, though hospitality experience is a plus.
