Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to guests, taking accurate orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Manage station cleanliness and maintain high standards of sanitation throughout shifts
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve guest concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies
- Train new team members on service standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
