Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons warmly upon arrival, manage seating arrangements efficiently, and ensure a smooth flow of the dining room.
- Take & Process Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Service Excellence: Provide knowledgeable recommendations, answer questions about the menu, and serve food and drinks with precision and grace.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, refill water glasses, and clear tables promptly to maintain a pristine dining environment.
- Payment Handling: Process various payment methods, including cash and digital transactions, and ensure all billing is accurate.
- Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash drawers and adhere to all financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a full-service restaurant setting is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet our high volume of demand.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attire: Professional appearance and adherence to our dress code standards.
- Skills: Basic math skills for tipping and cash handling.
