Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely, organized, and attractive manner.
- Check back on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless service experience.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required (we offer comprehensive training).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
- Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
