Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 4-6 tables during peak hours
- Expertly navigate seasonal menu featuring local seafood and produce
- Process payments accurately through POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Upsell specialty cocktails and wine selections
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- Washington Food Handler Permit required
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer pairings
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude under pressure during rushes
