Responsibilities
- Greet all guests immediately upon arrival with a warm smile and enthusiastic welcome.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Perform side work and maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
