Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems with speed and accuracy.
- Perform cash handling duties and restock supplies as needed.
- Train new hires on our brewing techniques and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we offer training.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
