Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Clean and maintain tables and dining areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and resolve any guest inquiries.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including closing out shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to work split shifts.
