Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries with precision.
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide exceptional, friendly customer service at the counter and coffee bar.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee machine, counters, and dining area.
- Operate POS systems accurately and process cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Learn and execute our menu offerings, ingredients, and brewing techniques to ensure quality standards.
- Clean equipment and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and coffee culture.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
