Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed immediately upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring attention to detail.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner, adhering to safety standards.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables between services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid TABC (Alcohol Awareness) Certification.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
