As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and their favorite beverage in hand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, including deep cleaning of espresso machines, blenders, and dining areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Upsell specialty drinks and pastries to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all food safety and health department regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
