Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide menus with detailed explanations of daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure food quality meets our high standards before serving.
- Clean and set tables to maintain a pristine dining environment throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a smile.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately at the end of the service.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast) is a plus.
