Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Accurately process guest orders through our POS system while maintaining attention to detail
- Manage table cleanliness and dining room presentation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional restaurant server experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
