Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and requests.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area at all times.
- Upsell specials, appetizers, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Knowledge of alcohol service laws (21+) is a plus.
